The Institute

Governance and transparency

An institutional website should make it clear who is speaking, in what capacity and on the basis of which records.

Stated principles

IBDCyber's presentation describes a nonpartisan approach, a public interest purpose and a commitment to digital ethics. These principles inform the proposed website and should also guide information about projects, participants and resources.

Institutional documents

This prototype brings together information supplied for the project. The bylaws, complete governance membership and accountability documents are not part of the collection published in this version. They can be added once the Institute determines the material to disclose.

Reading the records

Statements by the Institute are identified as institutional information. Senate records and resources from other organisations retain their source attribution. Event participation and individual appointments are described in context without implying a partnership between organisations.

A useful conversation starts with a specific question.
